Hey guys I have a 4k pro 5-20 just updated and zeroed it. put a few rounds through and turned it off. Now it will not turn on.any ideas??is there a master reset?

Hold power button down for 30+ seconds.

Ok just tried that after about 20odd secs I hear a click on the scope still nothing then if you hit the power button again you hear another click. Still no screen nothing?

Ok - sounds like it is trying to do its thing.
Try a few more times - if you have no luck I would call ATN as it may be a faulty screen.

Mine did the same thing. There is no fix. I called and atn sent me a shipping label with RMA. I haven’t gotten it back yet.

Cheers I went into my local store and got it swapped out. New one seems fine for the moment haha

Thats the first one that I have heard of that a good slap didnt fix.
If it is working ok out of the box - you will not have an issue from this problem.
